Returns and Refunds for Consumers

As a consumer, you have the right to cancel your order and receive a refund within fourteen (14) days for any items you purchase from Lonneberg's online store, counted from the day you receive your order.

If you wish to return an item within the cancellation period, you can contact us via our website under Support/Complaints and notify us that you would like to return one or more items from your order. Please provide your name, the items you wish to return, as well as the order number and order date. The order number is found in the confirmation email and on the packing slip you received from us.

You must return the items to us without delay. The items must be in new condition. Please pack the items carefully, similar to how they were packed during delivery. We cannot refund products that are damaged during the return shipment due to inadequate packaging.

As soon as we have received the items and validated the return, we will process your refund. If the items are in new condition, we will fully refund you for the returned items. Shipping, return shipping, and handling fees are not refundable. The refund is usually processed within fourteen (14) days from when we receive the items.

As a reseller, the consumer protection law does not apply.

If there has been an error in the delivery or something does not match your order, please contact us to resolve the issue. The items we approve for return must be in new condition. Please pack the items carefully, similar to how they were packed during delivery. We cannot refund products that are damaged during the return shipment due to inadequate packaging.

Transport Damage/Incorrect Delivery 

If the package/items are damaged during delivery, you must report this yourself when picking up the items to the shipping agent. If it turns out that you have received the wrong items or another issue has occurred, contact us immediately, and we will assist you. Please provide your name, order number, and the items in question. The order number is found in the confirmation email and on the packing slip you received from us.
